A technical problem is currently affecting outgoing text messages from the Kanta Services. The technical problem was first observed at 7.00 on 1 October 2025. Due to the problem, customers may receive the same text message several times.
We are working together with the operator responsible for the delivery of the messages to resolve the problem.
We apologise for any inconvenience.
