The problem detected in the MyKanta has ended.

The problem started on 6.12.2025 at 8.06 and ended on 8.12.2025 at 9.18.

Due to the technical problem, users could not save organ donation testaments, living wills or their preferences for the sharing of patient data in MyKanta. The technical problem also prevented users from confirming Kanta notices as read.
