Take part in the MyKanta survey funded by Aalto University and Kela
The results of the survey will be used to develop MyKanta and in scientific research aimed at assessing clients’ needs with regard to electronic services.
The survey examines users’ experiences of the MyKanta online service and the MyKanta application. The deadline for responding to the survey is 1 March 2026.
By responding to the survey, you can give valuable feedback on MyKanta. You can access the survey by clicking on the link below, via the yellow notification at the top of the kanta.fi website or when you log out of the MyKanta online service. The questionnaire is available in Finnish, Swedish and English. Responding takes place anonymously, and the respondent cannot be identified from the results of the survey. Responding to the survey takes 5–10 minutes. When you have completed the survey, you can take part in a prize draw for
five Museum Cards.
