The problem in Valtori’s VY-verkko service has ended. The problem affected Kelain, Cross-Border Prescription, and Omakanta. The problem started on 23.9.2019 at 9.00 and ended 23.9.2019 at 13.40.
Due to the malfunction, it was not possible to create new prescriptions with Kelain or other services that use Valvira’s role and attribute service directly. Problems might have also occured in Cross-Border Prescription and the prescription logs in My Kanta pages.
