Notice Written on 13.1.2022 All notices

The restrictions concerning the use of the COVID-19 passport are continued to the end of January. The Government has amended the decree that restricts the use of the COVID-19 passport. The restrictions concerning the use of the COVID-19 passport are in force until 31 January 2022.

Until 31 January 2022, the COVID-19 passport cannot be used on public events and customer premises as an alternative to regional restrictions. However, for instance restaurants may require a COVID-19 passport from their customers at all hours in the whole country.

The decree applies to all public events and customer premises that are subject to current restrictions. The regional authorities decide the type of restrictions that are in force in the different regions.

The decree is applied in the hospital districts that meet the criteria for the community transmission phase, i.e. currently all over the country.
