You can have a say in the extent to which health care and social welfare professionals, such as doctors, can utilise the data stored about you in Kanta when you use health and social welfare services. Access MyKanta to manage how your data is shared.

How do I check where my records have been handled?

You can also check MyKanta to see which social welfare and healthcare units or pharmacies have accessed your prescription, client or patient data through the Kanta Services.

What personal data has been recorded?

You have the right to know what information about you has been recorded in the Kanta Services. You also have the right to see the log data concerning the processing of the data in question. You can request the data from the controller of the data.
