Data protection in the healthcare services is planned, developed and enforced in many different ways. The purpose of data protection is to show when and under what conditions your data can be processed.

In MyKanta, you can see which healthcare units or pharmacies have processed your prescription data or medical records.

If you wish to obtain the log data concerning the processing of your patient data, you must contact the healthcare service provider that has drawn up your patient data in question or with whom your patient data has been shared.

Kela cannot provide log data for patient records; the legal responsibility for its provision lies with the healthcare provider.
