The problem detected in Kelain and in the ability to print out EU Digital COVID Certificates has ended.

The problem started on 13.4.2023 at 9.18 and ended on 13.4.2023 at 10.52.

Due to the disturbance, Kelain was partially out of service.
Caused by a malfunction in the Kanta Services, the problem prevented healthcare providers from printing out COVID certificates. Users of the OmaKanta e-service were able to retrieve COVID certificates normally despite the problem.
