Customer service of My Kanta Pages is extremely busy – before calling, please make sure which service you need as a priority

The Kanta Services customer service for citizens is currently inundated by questions about COVID-19 certificates. Please check in which cases you need to contact the healthcare service directly. Kanta.fi also provides answers to most common questions.

We are currently able to respond to callback requests on the same day. There is a few days’ delay in email responses. We are working hard to be able to respond to queries as soon as possible.

If your question concerns the COVID-19 certificate, it is worth reading COVID-19 Certificate: FAQ before calling. There you will find answers and further information concerning most common problems.

In some cases, you need to primarily contact the healthcare service.

  • ​​​​​If there are omissions or mistakes in your COVID-19 certificate in My Kanta Pages, the healthcare service will make the necessary corrections. The Kanta Services are unable to make corrections to the certificates. In these cases, please contact the healthcare unit where you had your vaccination or COVID-19 test.
  • If your COVID-19 certificate is currently not displayed in My Kanta Pages, please wait a while. However, if it is absolutely necessary for you to receive the certificate immediately for travel purposes, please contact the healthcare unit where you had your vaccination or COVID-19 test.

COVID-19 certificates are currently accessed actively in My Kanta Pages, but in some situations the certificate cannot be created yet.

  • The certificate of recovery is currently not available to everyone. There will be a technical update to the Kanta Services at the beginning of week 29, as a result of which some of the missing certificates of recovery will become available from different patient data systems. However, the investigation is still ongoing in cooperation with the healthcare service.
  • More than 93 per cent of those vaccinated are able to access the EU Digital COVID Certificate easily from My Kanta Pages. Some healthcare organisations are still making rectifications in order to be able to enter vaccination data in Kanta in the correct format.
